💼 About This Role

You'll lead client engagements to translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions that enhance operational visibility and automation. You'll design ITAM, CMDB, and AIOps modules for enterprise clients. This role offers the chance to work with a global consulting firm backed by Goldman Sachs and Everstone Capital.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead client workshops to capture business requirements and design ServiceNow solutions.
• Configure ServiceNow CMDB aligning with CSDM 4.0+ and implement ITAM modules.
• Deliver Service Mapping solutions and configure Event Management, Health, and AIOps modules.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party monitoring tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, and AppDynamics.

📋 Requirements

• 4–8 years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience.
• Proven expertise in ITAM, CMDB & CSDM design, Service Mapping, and AIOps modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and Web Services (REST/SOAP).
• Experience integrating with monitoring, observability, and automation tools.

✨ Nice to Have

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications in relevant modules.
• Experience with multi-cloud and hybrid infrastructures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Exposure to Service Graph Connector framework and tag-based discovery.
