You'll act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to customers, blending relationship management with deep platform expertise. You'll own the complete post-sales lifecycle, driving adoption, expansion, and renewal outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of customer success, solution strategy, and technical enablement, supporting long-term growth.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation of ClickUp solutions.
  • Monitor account health, adoption trends, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Conduct workflow mapping using the IER framework.
  • Drive adoption of ClickUp AI and build custom workflow agents.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Deep understanding of ClickUp platform capabilities and automation logic.
  • Experience with prompt design and agentic workflows.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • 3-5 years in a customer-facing technical role.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with agentic tools such as Claude, n8n, or make.com.
  • Knowledge of AI and automation best practices.
