You'll act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to customers, blending relationship management with deep platform expertise. You'll own the complete post-sales lifecycle, driving adoption, expansion, and renewal outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of customer success, solution strategy, and technical enablement, supporting long-term growth.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation of ClickUp solutions.
- Monitor account health, adoption trends, and stakeholder engagement.
- Conduct workflow mapping using the IER framework.
- Drive adoption of ClickUp AI and build custom workflow agents.
๐ Requirements
- Deep understanding of ClickUp platform capabilities and automation logic.
- Experience with prompt design and agentic workflows.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- 3-5 years in a customer-facing technical role.

- Experience with agentic tools such as Claude, n8n, or make.com.
- Knowledge of AI and automation best practices.
