Description

You will act as a liaison between the PEAS platform team and product engineering squads, focusing on mobile developer experience. You'll improve CI/CD pipelines, reduce build times, and apply AI to accelerate developer workflows. This role combines hands-on engineering with cross-functional collaboration to make product teams faster and more productive.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience in mobile development (iOS and/or Android) or mobile platform/build engineering
• Strong understanding of mobile build systems (Xcode, Gradle) and testing frameworks
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD platforms, particularly GitHub Actions and Bitrise
• Demonstrated experience applying AI to real production workflows, such as LLM-powered developer tools or AI in CI/CD

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between PEAS and product engineering squads, especially mobile teams, to align platform investments with developer needs
• Improve CI/CD pipelines for iOS and Android focusing on build times, test reliability, flaky test detection, and fast feedback loops
• Maintain and evolve shared GitHub Actions and reusable workflows (golden path) for low-friction production paths
• Identify and drive adoption of AI and intelligent automation for developer workflows like CI/CD triage, test analysis, and code review
• Contribute to build and test infrastructure including CI runners, simulators, and caching strategies
