You will process and audit multi-state payroll, ensure compliance with tax regulations, reconcile accounts, and serve as an expert on ADP Workforce Now. You'll partner with HR and Finance, handle year-end processes, and mentor junior staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field
- Experience with multi-state payroll processing
- Strong knowledge of payroll tax regulations
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Process and audit multi-state payroll for a large employee population bi-weekly or monthly
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare journal entries
- Serve as subject matter expert for ADP Workforce Now
- Support year-end processes including W-2 preparation and reconciliation
