💼 About This Role

You'll oversee daily receiving operations in our NJ fulfillment center, managing a team of associates to ensure shipments are accurately inspected and processed. Your work directly supports inventory accuracy, timely product availability, and customer satisfaction. This role offers ownership through our company's growth and a supportive team environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee daily receiving operations and assign work to associates
• Follow up on purchase order discrepancies and inconsistencies
• Record and check quantity/quality of products received
• Lead shift start-up meetings and track team performance

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to push and pull objects up to 60 pounds of force independently
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 8-10 hours and up to 20,000 steps per day
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel)
