💼 About This Role

You'll join Curaleaf's cultivation team to support the full plant life cycle, from clone to harvest. You'll gain hands-on experience in plant care and environmental monitoring to produce premium cannabis. This role offers comprehensive cross-training in a high-growth industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform daily plant care including cutting, rooting, watering, and pruning
• Track humidity, moisture, and temperature to maintain growing conditions
• Inspect plants for health, pests, and disease; remove substandard plants
• Assist with harvest: cutting, trimming, weighing, and inventory tracking

📋 Requirements

• Plant care experience in professional or home gardening
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Knowledge of growing technologies such as lighting, irrigation, and soil
• Hands-on experience in landscaping, horticulture, or agriculture
