You'll architect and build core infrastructure components for Airwallex's next-generation distributed platform. Your work will drive real-time AI enablement and support petabytes of data across 30+ global regions. This role blends deep systems optimization with AI infrastructure development on a high-impact team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead technical decisions and custom development for infrastructure components.
• Optimize distributed systems performance and internals for global scale.
• Develop and integrate AI infrastructure like vector indexing and real-time streaming.
• Own full SDLC for high-performance batch and streaming systems.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years building and operating large-scale distributed systems.
• Deep knowledge of computer science fundamentals and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, or Go.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka, Flink, Spark, or Kubernetes.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with OLAP engines.
• Exposure to AI/ML infrastructure or real-time systems.
• Track record of 0-to-1 ownership of complex technical challenges.
