You'll work directly with the product-focused co-founder at Bliro, an AI startup transforming customer interactions. You own real workstreams from day one, running user research, shaping product specs, and building internal automations. In 3-6 months, you'll gain more product and ops exposure than most get in two years at a big company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct user interviews and synthesize insights into actionable recommendations.
• Write product requirements and define user flows with engineering.
• Build internal automations using low-code tools or scripts.
• Analyze user behavior and retention metrics to inform product decisions.

📋 Requirements

• Currently enrolled at a top-tier university in a technical or interdisciplinary field.
• Technical understanding to read product specs and communicate with engineers.
• Sharp analytical thinking to extract insights from messy data.
• Excellent communication in both English and German.
• Self-starter mentality and genuine curiosity about AI products.

• Hands-on experience with low-code tools like Zapier, Make, or Retool.
• Previous internship in product management or consulting.
• Experience with data analysis tools like SQL or Python.
