• Lead and motivate a team of team leads and over 100 warehouse staff
• Manage daily shift operations, prioritize tasks, and ensure reliable execution
• Drive site-based optimization projects to improve logistics workflows
• Balance operational shift leadership with strategic office days

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor/Master in logistics, supply chain, or equivalent
• First practical experience in a warehouse environment (e.g., internship)
• Fluent German and very good English skills
• Willingness to work evenings and occasional Saturdays
