💼 About This Role
You'll lead revenue operations for EMEA at Coder, helping go-to-market teams run with more clarity and less friction. You'll support the revenue structure across sales, partners, customer success, and sales engineering, while partnering closely with the Director of Sales Operations to improve systems and solve problems.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Support EMEA revenue organization across sales, partners, CS, and SE.
- Run core sales operations processes for consistency and execution.
- Partner on deal desk workflows: structuring deals and approvals.
- Optimize Salesforce workflows, data cleanliness, and reporting.
📋 Requirements
- 2+ years of revenue operations or sales operations experience.
- Strong experience with Salesforce and CRM workflows.
- Experience supporting deal desk, enablement, or sales operations.
- Strong communication skills in a remote-first environment.
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience supporting EMEA revenue teams.
- Working knowledge of Clari, Gong, or DocuSign.
- Experience in high-growth SaaS or developer-focused companies.
