Description

As a private duty LPN with BAYADA, you will provide one-on-one care to pediatric and adult clients in their homes in Camden County. You'll perform assessments, execute physicians' orders, monitor conditions, and document care, all while building meaningful relationships and witnessing client milestones.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current LPN license in good standing in New Jersey

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client home per shift on your choice of schedule
• Follow up on and execute physicians' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Provide one-on-one hands-on care to assigned client
