🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and manage a team of Professional Services Engineers.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of implementation and migration projects.
• Support team through coaching, 1:1s, and career development.
• Monitor project health and escalate delivery risks.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Engagement Managers.

📋 Requirements

• Experience leading technical, customer-facing teams in professional services.
• Strong technical background in DevSecOps or platform engineering.
• Experience managing complex enterprise implementation programs.
• Demonstrated ability to handle escalations in high-pressure environments.
