You'll lead the full sales cycle for Gradial's AI-native content operations platform, targeting complex marketing organizations in the Bay Area. You'll refine go-to-market strategies, deliver demos, and build long-term partnerships with enterprise accounts.

Requirements

  • Proven success in full cycle enterprise sales at a high-growth startup or category-creating company
  • Experience selling marketing technology, workflow automation, or AI-native platforms
  • Strong technical aptitude with comfort demoing product capabilities, APIs, and system integrations
  • Ability to sell into large, complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders and long deal cycles
  • Consultative sales approach

Responsibilities

  • Own full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to contract execution for enterprise customers
  • Sell into complex legacy tech organizations across the Bay Area
  • Deliver compelling product demos across CMS, workflow automation, and AI-driven content management
  • Translate technical functionality into business value for multiple stakeholders
  • Develop and iterate outbound messaging, segmentation, and ICP criteria with product and growth teams
