You'll be the primary onsite support contact for FleetShare product clients in the Tulsa territory, ensuring superior customer service and operational excellence. You'll manage vehicle logistics, billing, and client relationships to drive utilization and income. This role blends field work with technology coordination for a leading fleet management company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary contact for FleetShare locations, conducting site visits
• Manage vehicle movements, repairs, billing, and FleetShare technology access
• Provide KPI reporting for assigned territory internally and externally
• Handle rental inquiries and facilitate new user documentation

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience managing deadlines and providing trend feedback
• Valid U.S. driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Aptitude to learn FleetShare management system (Agile/TSD), CRM (Salesforce), and LeaseWave
