• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Develop success plans aligning API solutions to customer goals
• Monitor usage patterns to optimize product adoption
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for revenue growth

📋 Requirements

• Fluent English is a must
• Any experience in Customer Success or similar customer-facing role
• Familiarity with APIs and cloud communications
• Customer-centric mindset with strong communication skills
