Description

You will lead the design of current and new products, solving usability and aesthetic pain points, and managing projects from concept to production. You'll collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure high-quality manufacturing and incorporate customer feedback into the design roadmap.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as an Industrial Designer
• Excellence in solving product usability and aesthetics issues through design
• End-to-end ownership and self-motivation
• Strong consumer-centric approach
• Proven project management skills from concept to reality (0 to 1)

Responsibilities

• Lead development of innovative, user-friendly product designs aligned with Oasis brand
• Solve product usability and aesthetics pain points using customer feedback
• Manage design projects from concept to production (NPI), meeting deadlines and budget
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure quality standards
• Build and execute a design roadmap
