You will play a critical role in assembling, testing, and installing flight hardware components and systems with the highest quality. This hands-on position involves working on the factory floor, developing tooling, and collaborating with engineering teams to ensure production excellence.

Requirements

  • Technical skills in aerospace assembly and integration
  • Attention to detail and high-quality work ethic
  • Knowledge of aerospace processes and standards
  • Ability to work 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 1:30 AM PT) and 50-hour workweeks
  • Experience with complex tooling and production equipment

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and install flight hardware components and systems
  • Test and validate integration of subsystems
  • Develop and optimize assembly processes and tooling
  • Collaborate with vehicle engineering to influence design for manufacturability
  • Ensure quality and adherence to aerospace standards
