Description

You will lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance management, partnering with business leaders to drive decision-making. Your work will involve building financial models, producing management reporting, and delivering business cases to support investments in a high-growth clean energy company.

Requirements

• BA/BS with 7+ years FP&A or analytical experience
• Familiarity with US GAAP
• ERP systems experience (NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle Cloud)
• Tableau dashboard proficiency preferred
• Advanced MS Excel and financial modeling skills

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly/quarterly forecasting across revenue, margin, opex, headcount, cash
• Own annual budget and long-range plan timelines, consolidation, and executive outputs
• Build and maintain driver-based financial models for tracking and scenario planning
• Produce management reporting with dashboards, KPIs, and variance analysis
• Deliver business cases and ROI analyses for investments
