You'll lead sales and service strategy for a premium yoga lifestyle brand's Florence store, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving business targets. You'll coach the sales team, manage schedules, and partner with the General Manager.

• Investigate and root cause sales opportunities
• Oversee Sales Service team to execute guest experience
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage and lead selling initiatives
• Build sales service strategy with General Manager

📋 Requirements

• Prior leadership experience in retail or related industry
• Working knowledge of MS Office
• Agility to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for entire shift
