💼 About This Role

You'll design how our AI agents reason about compliance, turning complex regulations into structured logic for AML, KYC, KYB, and transaction monitoring. You'll collaborate with banks and fintechs to deploy automation that meets real-world standards, and work with engineers to build interpretable, auditable AI systems that regulators trust. This role defines the frontier of AI-driven compliance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define how AI agents interpret and apply compliance regulations
• Map client compliance workflows and design automation solutions
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure explainable and compliant product design
• Improve alert accuracy and reduce false positives using metrics and pattern analysis

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in AML, risk, or compliance at a bank, fintech, or regtech
• Ability to translate regulatory logic into product requirements
• Experience deconstructing manual review processes into scalable automation
• Proficiency in using metrics to analyze and reduce false positives

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with regulatory reporting or audit processes
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and explainability
• Background in product management or product design
