Description

You will oversee daily accounting operations, mentor the accounting team, and ensure compliance with GAAP. You will manage month-end and year-end close, perform CECL and ASC 842 calculations, and support audits and tax compliance.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Accounting or MBA preferred; Bachelor's with significant experience accepted
• Experience in VAR or GSI environment required
• 5+ years accounting or financial management experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and ability to calculate CECL and ASC 842
• Proficiency in ERP systems like NetSuite

Responsibilities

• Oversee general ledger, journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting
• Mentor and support accounting team with training and guidance
• Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with GAAP
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes
• Perform CECL and ASC 842 calculations independently
