You'll join Backcountry's retail team in Bozeman, MT as a Seasonal Gearhead, helping customers find the perfect outdoor gear. You'll provide exceptional customer service and drive sales during the holiday season. This role is perfect for an outdoor enthusiast who thrives in a fast-paced team environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet and assist customers with purchases
• Provide product recommendations and process sales transactions
• Maintain store cleanliness and restock merchandise
• Collaborate with team on promotions and inventory

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings

• Specialized knowledge in skiing, snowboarding, biking, climbing, or fly fishing
