💼 About This Role

You'll manage channel activations and support reseller partners for Deliverect's API-first commerce platform. You'll drive smooth onboarding, coach partners, and identify process improvements. This hybrid role offers hands-on experience with global partnerships in a fast-growing tech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage 3rd party delivery channel activations with white label partners
• Provide launch day support and follow-up on activation issues
• Coach partners on best practices and product features via 1:1 training
• Identify trends to improve support and onboarding workflows

📋 Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to understand the Deliverect platform after training
• Project management skills to prioritize multiple partners

✨ Nice to Have

• Mandarin/Cantonese fluency
• Previous restaurant, POS, customer support or 3PD experience
