Description
You will own the growth strategy for Care Continuity, driving engagement and retention for high-acuity members through data-driven experimentation. Lead cross-functional teams to improve activation, attendance, and care progression while balancing clinical integrity and business outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven product management experience with a focus on growth, engagement, or retention.
- Experience in healthcare, digital health, or mental health technology preferred.
- Strong analytical and experimentation skills (A/B testing, statistical significance).
- Ability to translate clinical constraints into scalable growth systems.
- Cross-functional leadership and collaboration with clinical, legal, and compliance teams.
Responsibilities
- Own growth strategy for Care Continuity, defining how Spring Health improves activation, session attendance, retention, and progression for high-acuity members.
- Identify, prioritize, and test growth levers across the member journey (e.g., onboarding, scheduling, care plan adherence, between-session engagement).
- Build and maintain a continuous experimentation roadmap, partnering with data, engineering, and clinical teams to design ethical, clinically sound tests.
- Define and own growth KPIs (activation, attendance, retention, utilization, longitudinal engagement) reflecting both business outcomes and clinical intent.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ship, measure, and iterate on member-facing experiences and internal workflows that remove friction from care engagement.
