You'll lead a warehouse team during shifts at Gopuff's micro-fulfillment centers to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries. Your core impact includes training new team members and managing inventory accuracy to minimize out-of-stock products. This role offers rapid career growth in a fast-paced retail environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise warehouse staff during assigned shifts
• Pick and pack orders accurately for customer dispatch
• Support delivery partners to ensure smooth delivery experience
• Receive inbound product, verify counts, and resolve discrepancies
• Conduct cycle counts and manage stock to minimize out-of-stocks

📋 Requirements

• Experience in restaurant, retail, or warehouse environment
• Basic proficiency with web-based software like Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Flexible availability to cover shifts between 7am and 3am
• Strong work ethic and effective communication skills
