Description

You will provide process support and troubleshooting at client sites, acting as a key driver of business success by developing and improving processes on ASM's tool sets. You'll strengthen customer relationships and ensure we exceed expectations by delivering service and value aligned with business units.

Requirements

• PhD preferred; Master/PhD in Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, EE, ChemE, Mechanical Engineering or related
• 3-5+ years as process engineer with expertise in PEALD, PECVD, thin films deposition
• Hands-on experience with semiconductor devices (DRAM, NAND), vacuum techniques, film characterization, ALD processes
• Track record optimizing film deposition and process development with ALD, PEALD, PECVD, Epitaxy
• Strong English/Mandarin verbal and written communication, experience managing teams supporting complex instrumentation

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and identify current and future customer needs, building long-term relationships
• Develop and maintain technical information for internal and external stakeholders
• Drive new product penetration, installation, and process development
• Define project scope and resource planning with BU, escalate resource gaps
• Drive continuous improvement of customer experience through team and support tool development
