💼 About This Role

You'll lead and scale the affiliate and KOL ecosystem in Taiwan, owning performance, partnerships, and P&L outcomes. You'll build a high-performing business development team and drive revenue growth across managed technology and non-technology segments. This role offers full ownership of strategy and results in a rapidly growing e-commerce environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build, lead, and scale a dedicated BD/Affiliate Marketing team
• Define and drive affiliate strategy for managed tech and non-tech segments
• Lead growth and success of KOL platform across Taiwan
• Develop strategic relationships with existing managed publishers

📋 Requirements

• Deep understanding of Taiwan digital ecosystem with local contacts
• Proven sales-driven mindset with track record of revenue growth and P&L ownership
• Demonstrated people leadership experience hiring, managing, and scaling teams
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
