🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide delightful day-to-day technical support to all areas of the business.
• Troubleshoot and fix a wide range of technical issues.
• Collaborate closely with our Security team on security and user experience.
• Automate processes and build self-service solutions.

📋 Requirements

• Breadth of experience leading technical projects across various technologies.
• Entra and Intune experience.
• Experience with scripting, APIs, and automation.
• Experience supporting macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android devices.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Okta or Microsoft Entra identity management.
• Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies like OAuth, OIDC, SAML.
• Experience designing office networks (e.g., Cisco Meraki).
