💼 About This Role

You'll design and build agentic AI workflows that automate multi-step processes and decision flows at a leading SPM SaaS company. You'll rapidly prototype AI agents and transition them to production, establishing monitoring and safety guardrails for deployed systems. This role owns a repeatable prototype-to-production pipeline for enterprise AI solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build agentic AI workflows for multi-step process automation
• Rapidly prototype AI agents based on departmental backlog
• Build AI monitoring agents for anomaly detection and risk mitigation
• Evaluate emerging AI tools, frameworks, and agent architectures

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience with Generative AI tools, APIs, or LLM platforms
• Hands-on experience building prototypes or automations
• Experience working with APIs and integrating SaaS platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent

• Experience building agentic AI systems or orchestration workflows
• Basic scripting or coding ability (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
• Familiarity with RAG architectures and vector databases
