Description

As a Project Electrical Engineer at CannonDesign, you will design electrical systems for buildings in education, healthcare, commercial, and science & technology sectors. You'll lead project teams, prepare construction documents, and ensure quality control, all while working remotely with a preference for certain US locations.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of related experience
• Current Professional Engineer (PE) license in the United States
• Proficiency in Revit, AGI32, Visual, SKM Power Tools
• Strong knowledge of Life Safety Codes
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects

Responsibilities

• Design lighting, power distribution, signaling, communications, and telecommunication systems
• Prepare construction documents including drawings and specifications
• Lead engineering meetings and value engineering sessions
• Conduct quality control checks of engineering documents
• Perform job site visits to verify conditions and observe construction progress
