You'll lead supplier quality operations for a late-stage biotech startup developing the world's first single-use PCR platform. Your work will ensure quality compliance across the supply chain to support rapid infectious disease diagnostics.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage supplier qualification and auditing processes
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions with suppliers
• Establish and monitor supplier quality metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on quality requirements

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in supplier quality within regulated industry
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• Experience with ISO 13485 or FDA QSR regulations
• Proven track record of leading supplier quality teams

✨ Nice to Have

• ASQ certification (CQA or CQE)
• Experience with PCR-based diagnostics
• Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies
