You'll oversee a team of hourly associates in an inspection center, managing vehicle flow to meet production and quality goals. Your role is critical to ensuring every car meets Carvana's 150-point inspection standard, directly impacting customer satisfaction. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage movement of cars into and out of inspection center
• Meet daily, weekly, monthly production goals
• Coach, develop, and manage team performance
• Review and approve mechanical and physical defects

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean record for 3 years
• Experience using computers
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
