You'll join a fast-scaling health-tech company to negotiate SaaS contracts and commercial partnerships that power our expansion. You'll partner with sales and leadership teams, enabling efficient deal execution and providing pragmatic legal guidance across EU markets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft, review, and negotiate customer agreements and SaaS contracts
• Support sales and partnerships teams in deal execution
• Structure strategic commercial partnerships and collaborations
• Provide clear legal guidance to internal stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• Law degree from a recognized university
• Demonstrated legal working experience (law firm or in-house)
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
• Familiarity with SaaS or technology businesses

• Experience within SaaS or technology companies
• Experience within healthcare or cybersecurity
• Experience supporting international commercial agreements
