You'll architect and lead development of core backend systems powering real-time job matching and AI-driven worker vetting. You'll partner with the CTO to drive key architectural decisions and build a scalable tech platform for the industrial labor marketplace.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and lead development of core systems like job matching and worker vetting.
• Own architecture decisions and advise product and infrastructure decisions.
• Orchestrate CI/CD workflows using Docker and GitHub Actions.
• Build analytics and monitoring for user experience and application health.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years experience with TypeScript/Node.js or Python, RabbitMQ or Kafka, and PostgreSQL.
• Proven track record of shipping products and leading projects at scale.
• Expertise in designing APIs.
• Experience with Docker, GitHub Actions, and Datadog.
