Description

You will lead spacecraft GNC software and hardware subsystems, develop autonomous operations capabilities, and collaborate across teams to validate systems through ground testing and on-orbit operations. Your work directly supports funded programs to deploy resilient spacecraft for defense missions.

Requirements

• Strong engineering background in Astrodynamics, Aerospace, Dynamics and Controls, Computer Science
• Experience with MATLAB, Simulink, Python, C++, Go, or Linux Systems
• Experience conducting spacecraft operations and satellite command and control
• Experience with orbital mechanics, 3-DOF and 6-DOF dynamics simulation models
• Eligible to obtain and maintain U.S. Top Secret security clearance

• Lead spacecraft GNC software and hardware subsystems
• Develop modern, software-defined autonomous operations with maneuvering capabilities
• Develop test plans and procedures for ground checkout, on-orbit commissioning, and operations
• Collaborate across teams to build complex functionality
• Design flight software, algorithms, and simulation products
