• Manage employee onboarding through RemoFirst platform
• Explain global employment requirements to clients and employees
• Collaborate with third-party partners for compliant paperwork
• Resolve onboarding service issues proactively

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in Account Management or Customer Success
• Experience in EOR, global HR, or payroll-related support
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent English communication skills
