🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead complex, high-profile initiatives across all project phases.
• Serve as primary representative for major firm-level projects.
• Prioritize work aligning with enterprise, division, and product strategies.
• Gather and analyze requirements through interviews and workflow analysis.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2-3 years relevant business experience.
• Prior experience or working knowledge of the securities industry.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft 365 suite with emphasis on CoPilot AI.

✨ Nice to Have

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification.
• Expertise in product management principles and process design.
