🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with hiring managers to build targeted hiring strategies
• Support end-to-end recruitment including interviews and offers
• Act as brand ambassador at university and campus events
• Build long-term relationships with high-potential candidates

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of full cycle early career recruiting in high-growth startups
• Experience hiring Early Talent across technical roles
• Ability to recruit in different global markets
• Data literacy to track metrics like time to fill
