🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as single post-sales support contact for customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Delivery, Onboarding, etc.).
• Conduct Customer Value Touchpoints to document use cases.
• Identify and facilitate customer training for diverse portfolios.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales or account management.
• Proficient in SFDC, KPI, and BI Portal.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong understanding of enterprise product line solutions.
