You will lead the strategy and roadmap for internal tools that streamline sales and operations workflows, ensuring a best-in-class seller experience. You'll coach your team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-impact initiatives that improve customer service.

Requirements

• Proven track record building large-scale software products
• Experience in complex regulatory spaces (FinTech, Healthcare, HRTech)
• Strong intuition for customer needs, risk management, and commercialization
• Ability to teach and coach product managers and cross-functional teams
• Experience in improving product performance through metrics and feedback

Responsibilities

• Own and drive product vision and roadmap for Internal Tools mission team
• Align strategy with company objectives and set team OKRs
• Partner with Sales leadership to develop seller experience
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
• Lead customer-focused product development and build customer-centric practices
