💼 About This Role

You'll own technical direction and roadmap for a key product surface at vCluster Labs, partnering directly with the Head of Product and Engineering leadership. You'll drive product strategy by validating builds hands-on and engaging with platform engineers at AI Cloud operators. This role offers the chance to shape Kubernetes virtualization for the AI era.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set roadmap and translate strategy into specs for engineering.
• Run alpha and beta builds to catch integration issues.
• Engage directly with platform engineers for customer intelligence.
• Bridge engineering, sales, and marketing for aligned execution.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in product management in cloud infrastructure or distributed systems.
• Kubernetes fluency at implementation level (controllers, CRDs, API machinery).
• Customer-facing infra experience with platform engineers and architects.

✨ Nice to Have

• Built a KaaS offering at a cloud provider or vendor.
• Experience with AI & MLOps infrastructure (GPU scheduling, LLM deployment).
• Startup growth experience navigating Series A through C scaling.
