Description

You will lead the development of new AI-native capabilities for Bloomreach's conversational shopping product, Clarity. Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product leaders to prototype and iterate on features powered by Generative AI and LLMs, working to create the next generation of commerce interfaces.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years in B2B SaaS Product Management in high-growth innovative environments
• Proven success delivering AI-powered or GenAI-driven products
• Deep empathy for users and data-informed experimental approach
• Crystal clear communicator able to explain complex AI decisions
• Grit, creativity, and constant drive to learn in fast-evolving fields like GenAI

Responsibilities

• Drive development of new AI-native capabilities from ideation to launch
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product leaders to prototype features using Generative AI and LLMs
• Engage deeply with customers to understand AI needs and translate into product solutions
• Partner with Customer Success and Data teams to ensure successful AI feature rollout
• Monitor AI product usage, performance, and business impact using a data-first approach
