You'll lead technical operations for The Daily Wire's Boca Raton studio, overseeing production of The Ben Shapiro Show and related projects. You'll manage all technical aspects from studio to field, ensuring high-quality broadcast and digital media output. This role stands out for combining hands-on production with leadership in a fast-paced conservative media environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day technical operations of the Boca Raton studio.
• Serve as Director of Photography for in-studio and field shoots.
• Lead technical aspects of travel and remote shoots for programming.
• Maintain and organize all production equipment and inventory.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in live or recorded video production.
• Expert knowledge of camera systems, lighting, and audio signal flow.
• Strong experience in multi-camera production and lighting design.
• Ability to travel for remote shoots as needed.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with conservative media or talk/news formats.
• Working knowledge of DaVinci Resolve or Premiere Pro.
• Familiarity with Blackmagic ATEM or similar switching systems.
