In this role, you'll own end-to-end delivery of a mission-critical enterprise SaaS platform used by global customers, driving compensation analytics and pay equity insights. You'll lead multiple engineering teams, modernizing architecture with an AI-native engineering approach to improve velocity and product quality. This is a high-impact leadership position shaping both current customer value and future platform direction.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end delivery and performance of a mission-critical enterprise platform.
• Lead and develop multiple engineering teams with managers and senior engineers.
• Define and drive the engineering roadmap in partnership with Product and GTM.
• Modernize architecture and engineering practices with AI-enabled development focus.

📋 Requirements

• Extensive experience leading multi-team engineering organizations in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Proven track record of shipping complex, customer-facing products.
• Strong systems thinking balancing roadmap execution and operational excellence.
• Hands-on experience leveraging modern AI tools for engineering productivity.
