🎯 What You'll Do

• Champion best practices like TDD, pair programming, and clean code.
• Oversee full software delivery cycle from ideation to production.
• Design solutions and choose technologies within client constraints.
• Collaborate with teammates to build features and interactive prototypes.

📋 Requirements

• At least 8 years of full stack experience with Python/Node.js and React.
• Experience leading software development teams using Agile and Lean.
• Knowledge of delivery approaches such as TDD, continuous integration, and infrastructure automation.
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming and DevSecOps tools.

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of cloud technology such as AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes.
