You will ensure Nubank's sustainable growth by complying with regulatory requirements, responding to official communications from authorities, and managing blocked person lists. You'll support operational workflows for judicial orders and continuously improve processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Law or related
• Experience with SITI AA portal management
• Detail-oriented, diligent, organized, proactive
• Strong oral and written communication in Spanish and/or English
• Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to change

Responsibilities

• Respond to official communications from CNBV regarding information, documentation, and account freezing/unfreezing
• Manage and administer list of blocked individuals
• Control and timely download digital requirements from SITI AA portal
• Support monitoring metrics and KPIs, facilitate communication within teams
• Execute operational routines related to Blocked Person List in Mexico
