Description

You will lead Constructor Tech's global partner go-to-market strategy, designing and growing a high-performing ecosystem of resellers, distributors, system integrators, technology partners, and strategic alliances. Your goal is to drive sustainable revenue growth and market expansion by building scalable programs, processes, and teams.

Requirements

  • 10–15 years progressive sales leadership, at least 5 years in senior channel/partner roles in EdTech or enterprise SaaS
  • Proven track record building and scaling global partner ecosystems generating significant indirect revenue
  • Deep understanding of distributor-led channel models and partner ecosystems
  • Experience managing diverse partner models including resellers, distributors, system integrators, OEMs, strategic alliances
  • Fluent English; additional European languages a plus

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute global channel sales strategy, building a scalable partner ecosystem
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop high-impact strategic partners across Europe and globally
  • Lead Inside Sales and Partner Account teams with performance management and coaching
  • Oversee pipeline development, deal progression, and forecasting across partner ecosystem
  • Design partner program including tiering, incentives, certifications, and performance frameworks
