Description

You will provide expert legal advice on derivatives and OTC trading, draft and negotiate ISDA Master Agreements and related documentation, and collaborate with trading desks and compliance teams to manage risk and ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in derivatives, capital markets, or trading documentation legal work
• Strong knowledge of ISDA agreements, CSA, and global OTC derivatives regulations
• Proven track record advising clients on derivatives documentation and regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and licensed to practice law

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate ISDA Master Agreements, Credit Support Annexes, and other derivatives trading documents
• Provide legal guidance on derivatives transactions, collateral management, and OTC trading compliance
• Collaborate with trading desks, Front Office, Legal, Compliance, and Credit teams on transactions and regulatory initiatives
• Manage legal, risk, and compliance issues for clients in derivatives and financial services
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and global derivatives rules
