You'll be the primary resource and trusted advisor for Breezeway's clients, owning post-implementation relationships and leveraging product knowledge to deliver tailored solutions. You'll drive adoption, identify upsell opportunities, and mitigate churn risks. This role offers the chance to work with a leading property operations platform powering over 55 million care tasks.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure clients understand the platform and align it with their business needs
• Accelerate user adoption through training and ongoing education
• Maintain continuous engagement to increase value and build confidence
• Identify upsell opportunities and mitigate churn risks
• Analyze data and feedback to improve client success strategies

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years experience in client success or account management
• Experience promoting SaaS solutions in a client success role
• Strong project management and prioritization skills
• Experience with CRM software and web-based tools
