You'll implement local and sports marketing media strategies across channels like paid social, programmatic, and OOH, driving flawless execution and optimization. Your work will directly impact increasing traffic to BR.com and retail partner stores. You'll collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to ensure alignment with business goals.

  • Develop strategies and media plans for Local and Sports Marketing campaigns
  • Partner with Retail and National Paid teams for cross-channel alignment
  • Manage day-to-day campaign activation and delivery across local initiatives
  • Analyze campaign data and provide insights for optimization and reporting

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in paid media or digital marketing
  • Experience executing multi-channel paid campaigns including paid social, programmatic, OOH
  • Proven budget management and performance KPI analysis

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Agency experience
  • Experience with Meta, TikTok, YouTube ads
  • Experience in retail or sports marketing
